An Alfa HazardX node on dark rock under low light, its display showing live particulate, CO2, TVOC, temperature and humidity readings beside a trend chart and a system-online indicator.

See the hazard before it becomes an incident.

HazardX combines real-world sensing, software and intelligent analysis to help industrial teams detect risk earlier.

The problem

Industrial hazards
don’t wait.

A plant floor produces gas, heat, vibration and noise all day. The reading that matters is the one nobody was watching at the time.

  1. Hardware captures the signals.

Eleven channels sampled on the node itself, every ten seconds.

  2. Software turns them into risk.

Thresholds fire on-device; the behavioural layer says where it is heading.

  3. Teams act before the incident.

Named places and assets, not parts per million.

How it works

Recognise. Locate. Forecast. Record.

Start with the box itself — take the lid off and see what is in it. Then work the loop: four stages, no operator action at any of them, each one running on the real numbers.

01 · Recognise

It reads the movement, not the number.

The last twenty-four sample sets are reduced to twelve values that describe only how the readings are moving — rates, accelerations, how long it has lasted. Absolute magnitudes are deliberately left out, so a sensor drifting with age moves its reading but not its genome.

The hardware

Built for the real world.

HazardX started as breadboards behind a clear panel. The firmware, the ingest API and the dashboard did not change on the way to a machined enclosure — only the box around them did.

The Alfa HazardX v1 reference build outdoors on a brick ledge: a hand-built enclosure with a clear lid over the board, a dot-matrix display and a coloured wiring loom, with the gas-sensing elements mounted through the side wall.
V1

Where it started

Eleven channels proven on breadboard, in a hand-cut shell, outside in real air.

The production sensor head: the combustible-gas, air-quality and carbon-monoxide elements seated in machined bezels, each labelled on the enclosure wall.
V2

Sensor head

Sealed apertures, serviceable caps

The production Alfa HazardX node with its lid sectioned away, showing the status display, sensor boards and wiring loom inside the machined enclosure.
V2

Production node

IP65 shell, serviceable tray

The Alfa HazardX node photographed at three-quarters against a dark ground, showing the machined enclosure, the glazed sensor bay, the front cable gland and the angled status display reading live air-quality channels.

Alfa Hexa, hardware revision v2 — machined enclosure, sensor apertures, status display.

Available to order

Bring HazardX to your factory.

Alfa Hexa is the hardware layer: 11 sensing channels on one industrial node, sampling on the floor and streaming to the dashboard your team reads. Configure it against your plant, and we read the configuration before anything is built.

Per unit, plus ₹999 a year for the dashboard, GST at 18% and delivery from Indore. Everything is itemised before you pay.

A deployable V2 field node under a published Indian patent application, and a supplementary layer — deployed alongside your certified statutory detection equipment, never in place of it. Not a certified life-safety instrument.

Deployments

Built beyond the lab.

Nodes on brackets, on cabinets and on machine decks, reading a real process rather than a test rig.

An Alfa HazardX node mounted on a structural beam above the central aisle of a production hall, with machinery, extraction ducting and control panels running down both sides.

Production hall · beam mount

Gas, air quality and sound over the length of the line

Hung over the centre aisle. One node sees the whole bay rather than one machine in it.

A ceiling-mounted Alfa HazardX node on a drop bracket above the aisle of a process hall, with rows of large stainless steel pressure vessels and their flanged manways on either side.

Process hall · drop mount

Gas and air quality between vessel rows

Over the aisle, where a leak from any of the flanges either side has to pass.

An Alfa HazardX node on a ceiling drop mount above the central aisle of a solvent store, with stacked steel drums on one side and racked containers and a forklift on the other.

Solvent store · drop mount

Combustible vapour above the drum stacks

Solvent vapour is heavier than air, so the ceiling reading is the late one. It is the coverage that makes it useful, not the height.

Start on the line that worries you most. Two nodes, thirty days, and we stay on the call while the first thresholds get tuned.

Proof

Built seriously.

The method behind HazardX — a derivative-only behavioural genome, an event-triggered rotational sweep that recovers a bearing from one fixed point, a twin fed by a source the system measured itself, and a self-triggering forensic recorder — is the subject of Indian patent application 202641098309, published 21 August 2026 at The Patent Office, Chennai.
