Industrial safety devices

Industrial safety devices for the factory floor.

One rugged node covers the hazards a plant actually faces — combustion, leaks, heat, mechanical failure — and streams them to a dashboard that scores risk instead of just drawing graphs.

  • Eleven sensor channels on a single mounted unit
  • Alarms locally even when the network is down
  • IP65 enclosure with a serviceable sensor tray
  • Self-registering — no per-device configuration

The Alfa HazardX node photographed at three-quarters against a dark ground, showing the machined enclosure, the glazed sensor bay, the front cable gland and the angled status display reading live air-quality channels.

Built for the environment it monitors

The enclosure is a sealed, dust-tight shell with a recessed aperture for each gas cap, so airflow reaches the sensing element without exposing the board. The sensor tray lifts out as one piece, which means a degraded MQ module is a five-minute swap rather than a rewire.

Detection does not depend on the cloud

Thresholds, the on-device display and the buzzer all run on the node itself. A network outage costs you dashboard visibility and AI analysis — it does not cost you the alarm. Readings buffer and resend once the link returns.

One risk index, not eleven dials

Raw channel values are useful to an engineer and useless to a supervisor mid-shift. Every reading is fused into a single risk score with a plain-language state, so the floor sees SAFE, MODERATE or CRITICAL while the detail stays one click away.

Deploys in an afternoon

Mount, power, and the node appears in your device list the first time it reaches the ingest endpoint. The work worth spending time on is sensor placement and tuning thresholds to your process baseline, which we do with you during a pilot.
